We do!! We work with a reputable lender who offers Tiny Home loans up to 25-year terms and land loans at up to 30-year terms for our customers.

We encourage our clients to be as involved as they would like to be in the building process. We provide regular updates and consultations to ensure our clients are informed and satisfied with the progress of their project.

Yes, we deliver anywhere in the United States and we can also arrange transport internationally as well.  We will be happy to assist you in having your home professionally delivered.  Cost for delivery varies based on location, gas prices and demand.  We are happy to provide you a quote!  The home must be delivered to a solid, level, flat land.  Preferably on gravel or concrete.  We ask to see a photo of the delivery site and the road leading up to the site.

Set up of the utilities or leveling of the home is not included with delivery.  The delivery fee is priced per mile and is for delivery only.  We recommend hiring a mobile home service professional in your area to do the set up.  Our past clients have been charged anywhere from $800-$3000 for this service (largely dependent upon your location).
